Lifeline Zero 275 0-4m3 Service

Lifeline Zero 275 Fire Bottle Service & Recertification is required for Lifeline fire systems every two years, or whenever they have been triggered. We provide factory-trained recharging services to ensure the utmost safety in your car's Lifeline fire-suppression system.

Basic service includes refreshing the suppressants, checking all parts for wear and age issues, flushing the bottle, repressurizing, and relabeling.

Notes:

• Please DO NOT discharge the system if it has not already been discharged.
• Bottles that are 10 years of age or older cannot be serviced
• Bottles that are 6 years past the label service date can no longer be serviced.
• Zero 275 Systems take an extended period of time for service. Please allow 3-5 business days at our facility to complete service.
• We strongly recommend replacing the battery after ~24 hours of race/track use for electronically activated systems. It is required to us a 6LR61 spec 9V battery from a reputable brand, such as GP Ultra, Duracell, Rayovac, or Energizer for the system to function correctly. We do offer them for sale here.
